PNI Foundation, recently rebranded in 2024 from the Pinnacle Charitable Foundation, supports various philanthropic initiatives across multiple focus areas, including mental health and wellbeing. With a complex structure around affiliated fund managers and funding allocations, the Foundation sought to transition from manual spreadsheet based management to a centralised system to improve efficiency and reporting capabilities.
The Challenge
Managing multi-layers of giving and partnerships proved challenging using traditional methods. The Foundation required a system that could:
